No matter what event you’re hosting, chances are we have some experience. We’ve cooked for families, bachelor(ette) parties, baby showers, weddings, corporate cocktail parties- the list could go on for days. We love writing menus to create the perfect experience for every guest.

After an afternoon cruising the Chesapeake, allow us to prepare a wonderful three-course dinner. Though this menu highlights our favorite - the lamb porterhouse - we love to switch it up!
Our taco bar is always a hit! Captain Michael makes all of his marinades, salsas, and guacamole from scratch. Not only is this taco bar delicious, but the presentation is stunning.
Everyone loves a good cocktail party. After all of this time on the seven seas, Captain Michael has done plenty of research on making (and drinking) cocktails. He’s no Trader Vic, but he can make one heck of a drink. You can’t go wrong with a refreshing beverage along with a spread of delightful bites.
